Pierre Sang Boyer is a great Chef, formely known as a participant of the famous TV show 'Top Chef'. The restaurant Rue Auberkampf is the first one he has opened. We heard it was good, but actually didn't expect it would be that good. It is a unique tasting menu that changes every fortnight. 6 dishes, 6 surprises tackling your curiosity, trying to find this little taste... Pierre Sang adds here a Korean spice, there the sesame oil that changes it all. So, go there, and be surprised!
